• Valid for items purchased and collected at our physical store. 
  
• Original Physical Passport and valid e-Visit Pass must be presented.
• Depart with the goods within 2 months from the date of purchase by air (i.e. Land & Sea mode of transportation are not eligible for tax refunds).
• Items need to be shown to customs officer at Changi Airport for inspection.
